Die Potali-Wohnungen sind eine Gruppe von fünf Häusern, von je 42 mª Fläche, mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Potali-Wohnungen sind im Westen der Insel Karpathos (Dodekanes-Inselgruppe), nur 150m. vom Potali-Strand entfernt. In der Umgebung der Anlage sind Gastätten und Minimarket vorhanden, sowie die kleine Siedlung von Lefkos, die 700m weiter liegt. Im nahen Umfeld der Potali- Wohnungen liegen Kieferbedeckte Flächen, hohe Berge, Olivenbäume und Weinberge, sowie felsige Küsten, Strände, andere kleine Hotels und archeologisch interessante Stellen. 	Each 2-space house includes 2 entities : a) bedroom for 2 persons, with bathroom and wardrobe. b) living room with kitchen, dinning corner and sitting corner.  In the 1st room can be accommodated 2 more persons. Total capacity is up to 3+1 persons. Every unit has 2 big verandas, back to the north-east with view to the mountains(6 s.m.) and front to the south-west with sea-view.(14 s.m. under pergola) The arrangement of the units secures private entrance and garden in every house. Insulations in walls, terraces and sufficient number of openings provide a very fresh climate into the house. The complex has been built in 2003.
Jedes Haus ist vollständig möbliert und mit mehreren Abstellmöglichkeiten sowie mit Satelit-Fernseher ausgestattet.
