Registration 

Certain of the Services will require the user to register and provide certain data. In consideration of use of such Services, in registering and providing such data, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete (apart from optional items) as required by various Alpatravel.com registration forms and (b) you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Alpatravel.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Alpatravel.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Products and Services.

All Alpatravel.com registrations become the exclusive property of Alpatravel.com. Alpatravel.com reserves the right to use and reuse all registration and other personally identifiable user information. Users may edit, update, alter or obscure their personally identifiable information at any time by following the instructions located in the Alpatravel.com site.

 

 

 

Auctions
Alpatravel.com Auctions is made available only to those users who are of the legal age of consent in their jurisdiction. You may not use Alpatravel.com Auctions if you have not reached that age or, in any event, if you are less than eighteen (18) years old. All users making bids through Alpatravel.com Auctions are required to honor their bids. Winning bids may not be retracted, except in exceptional situations, such as where the description of the item was false or erroneous. By making a bid you are certifying that you have the legal right to make that bid and the necessary resources to honor that bid. Each user is restricted to a single password and may not use additional passwords. Each user is required to use his or her password for his or her own use only. Users may not permit others to use their passwords. The responsibility for ensuring that any purchase or sale of items complies with all applicable laws shall be the user's alone.

Reservations

All the prices quoted are correct at the time of your reservation. We reserve the right to change the advertised prices any time without prior notice. Prices include all taxes, service charges and any other expense specifically mentioned in this page.

Alpatravel.com is selling accommodation at discounted rates on pre-Payment basis.
Once the availability and the total cost of the services is confirmed by us - usually within 48 hours from your request - you will be asked to provide your credit card information by fax or e-mail. Your card will be charged up to the full amount of these services prior to your arrival and not later than 30 days before the arrival date.
There are NO OTHER CHARGES TO BE ADDED for your accommodation.

Once your credit card is authorized we will issue and send you by fax within the next 24H your PREPAID VOUCHERS that you need to present to the hotel as proof of payment. In cases of special offers or early booking reservation the charges will be in accordance with the prior agreement between Alpatravel.com and you as a traveler.

Prices provided by us are valid for reservations made through Alpatravel.com only.

Special Requests
If you have any special requests that do not form part of the standard accommodation services as described in this website (for example dietary requirements, cots or room location) please let us know in writing at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the relevant accommodation provider, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that they will be met. Further if the accommodation provider is unable to meet such requests, neither we nor they can have any liability to you in this respect.

Cancellations

If notification of cancellation is received 30 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date. : A reservation processing fee of 7% will be levied.

If notification of cancellation is received in less than 30 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 7% PLUS two night room charge will be levied.

For group reservations the above apply per room.

Your Holiday Insurance
We strongly recommend you take out adequate private holiday insurance. 
It is your responsibility to check you have adequate private insurance cover.
The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, loss of personal items, medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to your country in the event of an accident or illness.

Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint while you are staying at the accommodation in question, you must inform the accommodation management immediately, in order to give them the chance to resolve the problem. You may lose any right to compensation, if you fail to do so.
If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you should contact our Customer Support line while in the resort. (Contact numbers will be written on your hotel voucher). No representative service is provided. We will act as an intermediary to try and resolve the problem. In the event that we are unable to do so, and you wish to take matters further, you must do so directly with the accommodation provider concerned.

Alpatravel.com responsibility to you
Because we are acting only as a booking agent we have no liability for any of the accommodation arrangements and in particular no liability for any illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages, for injury, illness or death arising from your stay in the accommodation, must be brought against the owner of the accommodation and will be under the jurisdiction of the law of the country in which the accommodation is based.

Indemnity
When you book accommodation through Alpatravel.com, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party during your stay. The accommodation provider reserves the right at any time to terminate your holiday or that of any member of your party due to your or their misconduct, within their reasonable opinion. 
Full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given. 
Furthermore, the accommodation owner shall be under no obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may occur as a result of us terminating your booking, in accordance with this paragraph. If your actions or those of any member of your party cause damage to the accommodation in which you are staying, you agree to fully indemnify us against any claim (including legal costs) made against the accommodation owner. Finally, you are also liable to make a reimbursement to the accommodation provider for any damage caused, before you end your stay.

Purchasing hotel services
Any reservations you make on this site will be directly with the company whose hotel services you are booking. At the time of making any such reservation you are entering into a contract with that company and not with Alpatravel.com. If you use the Alpatravel.com booking facility, particular terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellation may apply to each rate quoted and you should read carefully the rate details that are provided before proceeding. Each hotel has certain rules relating to the occupancy of its rooms. Any special needs must be notified to the hotel in advance. Some hotels may have additional terms and conditions. Please note that Alpatravel.com acts as agent only for each of the hotels to provide you with information on the hotels and a reservation service. Alpatravel.com's sole responsibility to you in providing the reservation service is to pass your reservation details entered on the Site to the hotel. Alpatravel.com shall not accept any liability for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur as a result of the incorrect processing of your reservation details by the hotel, or the accommodation service provided to you by the hotel.
